LNS Recruitment are currently looking for a reliable and organised Weighbridge Operator to join a busy site team in Rainham.
Location: Rainham
Hours: Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 17:30, Occasional Saturday
THE ROLE
You’ll play an important role in ensuring the safe, efficient and accurate movement of materials on and off site. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating the weighbridge and recording inbound and outbound materials
- Weighing soil, aggregates and other materials accurately
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Communicating with drivers, site supervisors and site teams
- Carrying out visual checks on incoming materials
- Using weighbridge software and IT systems
- Reporting equipment faults or maintenance issues
- Producing reports and completing general administration
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised weighbridge area
- Following all health, safety and environmental procedures
- Providing a professional and friendly service to drivers and visitors
