We are seeking an experienced Works Manager to lead the safe, efficient delivery of site works on the major Sizewell C project.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, and to specification
- Coordinate labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors to maximise productivity
- Take full ownership of health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance
- Maintain accurate site records, diaries, and progress reporting
- Supervise Temporary Works and ensure RAMS, permits, and inductions are in place
- Support planning, sequencing, and resolution of technical site issues
- Lead and motivate site teams, setting clear standards and expectations
- Act as the primary site contact, attending coordination and progress meetings
- Support the Project Manager in programme delivery, reporting, and client liaison
