We're looking for a qualified, experienced and enthusiastic Chef to take charge of a small pub kitchen in Hook, Hampshire. This is more than just a chef's job. We're looking for someone who wants to take ownership of the kitchen, develop the menu and put their own stamp on the food offering. We have a starting idea for the menu, but we want the right chef to test it, improve it and bring their own ideas to the table.
THE FOOD
- Lunchtime – ideally 6 days a week

The idea is simple: good, honest, homemade pub food that is tasty, consistent, affordable and keeps people coming back. We're not looking for complicated fine dining. We want someone who understands what works in a local pub and can deliver it consistently.
