The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Director to lead a high-performing regional sales function across the Midlands and North.
This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving sustainable revenue growth, developing high-performing teams, and delivering commercial excellence across multiple locations.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will lead sales performance, support business growth and integration, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire regional sales teams, creating a high-performance culture.
- Coach and develop Sales Team Leaders, Account Directors, and Account Executives.
- Deliver sustainable revenue growth through new business, client retention, and cross-selling.
- Drive sales performance through effective pipeline management, forecasting, and account planning.
- Monitor regional performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and addressing risks.
- Lead teams through organisational growth, acquisitions, and business change.
- Build strong relationships across operational, broking, and specialist teams to deliver excellent client outcomes.
- Act as a senior representative with clients, insurer partners, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and governance standards.
