As an Employee Benefits Account Broker, you’ll play a key part in delivering high levels of client service and managing strategic benefit solutions. You’ll work closely with clients, insurers, and internal teams to manage and administer employee benefits programmes.

You’ll handle a portfolio of clients, manage renewals and mid-term adjustments, support new business activity, and provide ongoing servicing across PMI, Group Risk, Dental, and Health Cash Plans. Strong communication and organisation are essential, as this role sits at the centre of client, insurer, and internal team interaction.
