We are actively looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join our client's Commercial team. Having grown rapidly over the last 14 years, they now have over 200 people across the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for building rapport with new and existing clients, who could range from sole traders to the MD/CEO of a large organization, working closely with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives.
About You:
- You have strong attention to detail, essential for reviewing client documentation and ensuring the information is comprehensive and accurate to support the quoting process.
- You can build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external contacts, helping meet expectations and compliance standards.
- You assist Commercial Account Executives in achieving high renewal retention rates, while exceeding customer expectations and meeting FCA requirements.
- You are eager to learn, with every day offering a new challenge and the chance to progress your career as a Commercial Account Handler and further your professional qualifications.
- You can process data promptly and accurately on relevant systems to support client service, enhance internal process execution, and facilitate informed analysis.
