We're looking for an experienced Acturis Systems Operations Specialist to join a Leeds-based insurance business on an initial six-month fixed-term contract. This is a hands-on delivery role. We're not looking for someone to produce reports or recommend improvements. We need someone who can quickly understand the operation, take ownership of problems, and implement practical solutions within Acturis and day-to-day insurance operations.
You'll work closely with operational teams to improve processes, resolve workflow issues, enhance data quality, and ensure the business is operating as efficiently as possible.
