Are you on board?
We are looking for an organised and proactive Occupational Health & Wellbeing Coordinator to join our Health and Wellbeing Team on a 12 month fixed term contract. As the first point of contact for internal stakeholders, you will represent the team with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a professional Occupational Health and Wellbeing service by managing day-to-day administration, building strong stakeholder relationships, and contributing to the wider goals of the team. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently, balancing competing priorities, and demonstrating excellent communication and organisational skills.

Within this role you\'ll also be involved in;
- Play a central role in keeping our regional clinics running smoothly by coordinating diaries, organising equipment, and managing supplies.
- Support the Health & Wellbeing Admin Manager with financial processes, including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and assisting with contracts, projects, and procurement.
- Work closely with colleagues across Recruitment, People Services, and other stakeholders, managing occupational health referrals, travel, accommodation, and line manager requests.
- Step in for the Health & Wellbeing Admin Manager when required, ensuring all key processes and procedures, including reporting, audits, and clinical governance, are delivered to the highest standards.
- Partner with the Service Delivery Manager to help provide an outstanding occupational health and wellbeing service to all our customers.
- Help maintain and improve our Occupational Health software system, supporting training and development for the wider team.
- Contribute to a variety of exciting ad hoc projects, bringing ideas, energy, and organisational support to the Health & Wellbeing team.
What you\'ll need:
- Excellent administrative skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and keep things running smoothly.
- Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare environment would be an advantage.
- Confidence in handling data, with experience in analysis and reporting.
- Strong IT skills, including thorough knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A passion for customer service, with experience supporting both internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
- A clear understanding of medical confidentiality and GDPR, and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.
