Email and supplier correspondence

Sample management: chasing and organising fit samples, chasing photoshoot samples and tracking sealer samples.

Approval of trims, lab dips and fabrics

Brief fabric and trim suppliers on sourcing requirements

Keep both digital and physical filing and referencing systems up to date

Updating tech packs

Creating and updating design CADs, ensuring they are accurate at all stages of development Measuring and checking samples for fitting

Work closely with merchandising to ensure shipment samples are checked and approved on time

Chase supplier WIP reports weekly and feedback to product & merchandising

Schedule and coordinate fit meetings, and actively participate in

Conduct regular research into competitors through the completion of competitor shops

Assigning and updating style & SKU data and sharing with relevant departments

Updating style management system & line lists

Work with other departments internally, assisting with customer queries where appropriate
