We Are Looking For a Teaching Assistant Who Has

  • Empathy for children with special needs
  • Patience, understanding, caring and a sense of humour
  • An understanding of the varied needs of children as they develop socially and academically.
  • A knowledge of behaviour management techniques that support school and classroom practices.

This job is permanent, term time only + 1 week 30 hrs per week, Monday – 08:25 to 16.25, Weds to Friday – 08:50 to 15:05

This position is part time, term time only, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro rata basis.

Essential Qualifications

  • GCSE Maths and English Grade C/4 or above or equivalent

  • Recent experience of working in a school.
  • Experience of relevant age group.
  • Experience of working with children with special needs.
