p We are a team racing in the F4, FIA F3 and FIA F2 categories. We are seeking a skilled Race Engineer to join our single-seater motorsport team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to work at the cutting edge of motorsport technology, ensuring our race cars perform at peak levels on and off the track. /p p b ROLE OVERVIEW /b /p p The Race Engineer is primarily responsible for running one car during DIL sessions, races, and test events, managing the car team, which includes one driver, one performance engineer (for F2), and two to three race mechanics. The Race Engineer will work closely with, and under the supervision of, the Lead Race Engineer, Team Manager, and Racing Director. At the workshop, they will be primarily responsible for simulation and DIL setup preparation, while also participating in other tasks related to car and setup development, run planning, data analysis, car build specifications, bench tests, lifing, and general event preparation and reporting. Our engineering structure also includes a remote team dedicated to data, simulation, aero, and vehicle dynamics performance analysis, as well as a software development department. /p p b REQUIREMENTS /b /p ul li Strong team player with excellent leadership and communication skills /li li Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the same or a higher-level championship /li li Ability to make quick, data-driven, and rational decisions under tight deadlines /li li Experience running racing simulations and professional DIL, with a strong background in car, tire, and aero models /li li An Engineering or Masters degree with strong knowledge of vehicle dynamics, tires, and aerodynamics /li li Extensive experience with racing tools (data software such as MM, data management, simulation tools, KPIs, etc.) /li li Ability to travel regularly to all race and test events /li /ul p This is a strongly team-oriented role requiring a genuine team-first mentality. The Race Engineer is expected to put the interests and overall performance of the team above personal convenience, support colleagues proactively, and contribute wherever assistance is required. They must be flexible and willing to undertake reasonable additional duties beyond their immediate responsibilities, particularly during demanding event periods, unexpected operational situations, or whenever doing so is necessary to support teammates and achieve the teams objectives. /p
