We are a team racing in the F4, FIA F3 and FIA F2 categories. We are seeking skilled individuals to join our single seater motorsport team within the Team Management Support function. This posting covers multiple positions, including roles focused on:

  • Travel Coordination
  • HR Administration
  • Assistant to the Management

Each position will have its own primary area of responsibility. Depending on the specific role, responsibilities may also overlap across several areas within the Team Management Support function. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated professionals to work at the cutting edge of motorsport, supporting the team's management functions and helping ensure that the team performs at peak levels on and off the track.

TEAM MANAGEMENT SUPPORT FUNCTION

The Team Management Support function provides support across team coordination, travel organisation, HR administration and direct assistance to the Team Management. People working within this function will work closely with the Team Principal, Racing Director, Director of Operations and Director of Finance.

TRAVEL COORDINATION

Responsibilities may include:

  • Organising and managing travel arrangements for team members, including flights, accommodation, visas and logistics for domestic and international race events
  • Maintaining accurate records related to travel planning
  • Travelling to race events, both domestic and international, providing on-site coordination and management support

HR ADMINISTRATION

Responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting HR-related administrative tasks such as onboarding, record-keeping, contracts follow-up and general personnel coordination
  • Maintaining accurate records related to personnel administration
  • Ensuring compliance with team procedures and applicable administrative or regulatory requirements

ASSISTANT TO THE MANAGEMENT

Responsibilities may include:

  • Providing day-to-day coordination support to the Team Management, ensuring smooth communication and organisation across departments
  • Handling scheduling, correspondence and administrative follow-up
  • Coordinating internal communication between team departments to ensure alignment on operational priorities
  • Maintaining accurate records related to team operations
  • Providing direct assistance to the Team Management

Depending on the specific position and operational requirements, responsibilities may span across more than one of these areas. The positions provide an opportunity to grow within the Team in a management-oriented role.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Depending on the specific position, relevant previous experience may include team coordination, travel management, HR support, or executive/management assistance. Experience within motorsport is a plus but is not required. Candidates should have:

  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively for race events, including weekends and international trips, although not in the first part
  • Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to excellence in their work, proactivity and high attention to detail
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills within a fast-paced racing environment
  • Good level of spoken English and French
  • Excellent discipline and strict adherence to the team's working procedures
  • A strong team-first mentality, with a clear commitment to putting the interests and objectives of the team ahead of individual preferences
  • Proven ability to work cooperatively, respectfully and constructively with various team members
  • A proactive and supportive attitude, including the willingness to help teammates without waiting to be asked
  • Flexibility and willingness to undertake reasonable duties beyond the normal scope of the role when necessary for the successful operation of the team
  • Willingness to accept additional responsibility and workload during demanding race-event periods
  • Reliability and the ability to contribute positively even when the work required is administrative, repetitive or outside the most visible aspects of the role

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Candidates should be:

  • Capable of using computers and common tools such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and similar tools on other platforms
  • Comfortable using travel booking platforms and basic administrative or HR management tools
