We are a London-based immigration and business consultancy firm working with UK SMEs, founders and international clients across areas including:

  • UK Sponsor Licence applications
  • Skilled Worker visa support
  • Sponsor licence compliance training
  • Corporate immigration and business support

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Chinese-speaking BD Manager to join our London team and support client acquisition, partnership development and commercial growth.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in business development, partnerships, account management or other client-facing commercial roles
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English
  • Familiarity with the UK Chinese-speaking business community and SME market
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to understand business operations and client needs
  • Ability to read and understand basic financial reports, company structures or operational models preferred
  • Previous experience in professional services, finance, consulting, recruitment, legal or startup environments would be advantageous
  • London-based with valid Right to Work in the UK

Key responsibilities

  • Supporting B2B business development and partnership outreach
  • Managing and developing long-term client relationships
  • Supporting lead conversion and commercial growth initiatives
  • Working closely with internal compliance and operations teams
  • Coordinating with stakeholders across multiple industries and business sectors
  • Assisting with onboarding processes and client profiling within a regulated environment

About the role

This is a client-facing position within a fast-paced and performance-driven environment. The role requires strong communication skills, commercial judgement, adaptability and the ability to work effectively under pressure. We are looking for someone proactive, resilient and solutions-oriented, who is comfortable managing multiple priorities and working with clients from different industries and cultural backgrounds. As the majority of our clients are London-based Chinese-speaking businesses and founders, Mandarin Chinese is required for internal coordination and client communication purposes. Potential long-term progression opportunities may be available for suitable candidates, subject to business needs and UK Right to Work requirements.
