Growth Marketing Manager at an exciting Proptech firm \\n Hybrid β City of London (3 days per week in the office)\\n You must have the right to work in the UK (unfortunately, visa sponsorship isnt available for this role). \\n\\n Were looking for a hands-on, curious, and driven Growth Marketing Manager to help scale demand generation and fuel the sales pipeline across enterprise and mid-market clients. \\n This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with solid B2B marketing experience, ideally from SaaS, Proptech or tech.
\\n\\n Were looking for someone confident in their craft , comfortable wearing multiple hats, and ready to make an immediate impact in a growing business. \\n\\n You have proven B2B SaaS marketing experience , ideally in proptech, tech, or another fast-moving environment. \\n~Youre comfortable owning digital campaigns end to end β from planning and testing to reporting.
\\n~ Youre data-driven , commercially minded, and always looking for smarter ways to reach the right audience. \\n~ Youre confident with CRM and automation platforms like Salesforce, Pardot, or HubSpot. \\n~ Youre outgoing, quick to learn , and great at building relationships across teams.
\\n\\n\\n Running multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads and measurable revenue. \\n Owning and optimising digital advertising channels (LinkedIn, Google, programmatic, SEO/SEM). \\n Leading ABM initiatives , personalising outreach for key enterprise and mid-market accounts.
\\n Managing CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Pardot, or similar) to ensure clean data, lead flow, and reporting accuracy. \\n Developing email marketing and nurture campaigns that convert interest into opportunity. \\n Reporting on campaign performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution β and using those insights to continuously improve.
\\n\\n Competitive salary up to 60,000 , plus benefits and hybrid working (3 days per week in the City of London).
