Senior Subsea Controls Engineer – Contract – Hybrid / London Location: Hybrid / London This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading engineering business during a period of continued growth as they support the Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy sectors, though this particular project will be focussing on an offshore Oil & Gas project. The role will require 2 days p/w in the clients London office. The role is deemed to be outside IR35. Role & Responsibilities * Design of subsea controls equipment and umbilicals and architecture for concept and FEED studies. * Performing subsea control system studies for system expansion, life extension, fault finding and fault rectification. * Delivery of Subsea Controls Systems in accordance with project requirements, Client Design and Engineering Practices, Industry Standards & Guidelines (International, National and Company) and UK Regulations. * Contribution to the selection and options process for the initial field layout and architecture. * Package management for the design, procurement, installation and commissioning of new systems and equipment. * Operations support and system integrity management. * Support to interface engineering, subsea system engineering & management.
