We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Supply Chain Practitioner Apprentice, supporting the logistics and customer service team in a dynamic international business environment.

- Working Week: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (1-hour unpaid break)

The Role
This role sits within the Supply Chain and Customer Service function and reports to the Logistics & Customer Service Manager UK.
The apprentice will support customer order processing, logistics coordination and supply chain operations across the UK business.
You will gain valuable experience working in a fast-paced international environment while developing core supply chain and customer service skills.
Main Duties
- Process customer orders and manage the full order cycle from receipt to invoicing.
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve customer complaints.
- Manage sample orders and customer returns, including issuing credit notes.
- Act as a point of contact for daily operations with production plants, warehouse teams, and third-party logistics providers.
- Liaise with finance teams to review customer credit issues.
- Conduct stock analysis and ensure alignment between warehouse and internal systems.
- Support demand planning with updates on deliveries and stock levels.
- Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, commercial, and HR.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Carry out additional duties appropriate to the role as directed.

- Fast learner with a willingness to develop.
- Microsoft Office applications knowledge (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).
- Advanced user of Excel.
- Power BI knowledge is a plus.
- Training and Development
As an apprentice, you will receive support through both on-the-job learning and formal training as part of your apprenticeship programme. This will typically include:
- Study towards a Level 3 Supply Chain Practitioner qualification
- On-the-job training and mentoring from experienced professionals Regular progress reviews and development support
