As an Accountancy Apprenticeship Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, guidance, and support to apprentices enrolled in the accountancy apprenticeship program. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and producing scheme of work and session plans as directed by the Quality Team.
  • Assessing learner's performance in the workplace.
  • Delivering training on a 1:1 or group basis - face to face or online.
  • Delivering inclusive and high-quality courses, materials, and opportunities to all learners, and actively seeking to eliminate any indirect or direct discriminatory practice or behaviours.
  • Complying with the internal quality assurance strategy to ensure that assessments are delivered to a high standard.
  • Undertaking appropriate training as identified through the observation and line management process.

Qualifications required:

  • Qualified in and able to deliver AAT qualifications up to level 3.
  • Maths & English (or equivalent).
  • AAT qualification at level 3.
  • Initial assessment, IAG, teaching-learning assessment.
