As an Accountancy Apprenticeship Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, guidance, and support to apprentices enrolled in the accountancy apprenticeship program. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and producing scheme of work and session plans as directed by the Quality Team.
- Assessing learner's performance in the workplace.
- Delivering training on a 1:1 or group basis - face to face or online.
- Delivering inclusive and high-quality courses, materials, and opportunities to all learners, and actively seeking to eliminate any indirect or direct discriminatory practice or behaviours.
- Complying with the internal quality assurance strategy to ensure that assessments are delivered to a high standard.
- Undertaking appropriate training as identified through the observation and line management process.
Qualifications required:
- Qualified in and able to deliver AAT qualifications up to level 3.
- Maths & English (or equivalent).
- AAT qualification at level 3.
- Initial assessment, IAG, teaching-learning assessment.
