Apprenticeship Summary
- Salary: £7.55 an hour
- Working Week: Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Online apprenticeship training supported by our skilled tutors
- Level 3 Multi-channel Marketer Apprenticeship standard qualification

The Role
We’re looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and motivated to create meaningful impact. In this role, you will support a variety of marketing activities, assist in managing projects, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality content that connects with our audience. Main Duties
The successful candidate will be:
- Supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Creating, formatting, and editing documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Assisting with content creation for social media and other digital platforms
- Conducting market and competitor research
- Coordinating marketing events and initiatives
- Tracking campaign performance and providing regular reporting
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a consistent brand message

Training And Development
As an apprentice, you will receive support through both on-the-job learning and formal training as part of your apprenticeship programme. This will typically include:
- Study towards a relevant qualification, the Level 3 Multi-channel Marketer Diploma.
- On-the-job training and mentoring from experienced professionals.
- Regular review meetings to track progress and development.
