- Working Week: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday – shift to be confirmed hours are between 12pm and 11pm (30 minutes lunch break)

What you’ll do at work
As Food and Beverage Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the hotel's food and beverage outlets, ensuring guests receive a warm, professional, and memorable dining experience that reflects the hotel's high standards. You will lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team, manage staff rotas and training, oversee stock control and supplier relationships, and work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery.

Essential:
