Job Purpose
In our determination to further develop our service and responsiveness to local, regional, and national industry we are seeking an enthusiastic individual to support opportunities for LMP learners to progress onto other LMP programmes as well as to identify workforce development opportunities within LMPs client organisations across England. This role will also support current apprentices to stay on programme for the full duration, Key priorities to ensure learner retention and timely success for overall apprenticeships. Intervention strategies and employer and learner attendance and progressions.

Key responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Be the liaison between sales and operations within the LMP Education team so that we are meeting all necessary targets, which could include site visits to employer sites.
  • To ensure that all data requirements are maintained, records are up to date accurate and deadlines for returns are made against all KPIs. Weekly reporting and updates to operations and sales regarding all learners on programme that fall into a disengaged category. Weekly update with learners to support engagement and progression against overall apprenticeship programmes.
  • Sound knowledge, understanding and experience giving Robust, information & guidance current LMP apprentices on their career opportunities.
  • The ability to set and achieve demanding performance targets and to effectively manage KPIs set.
  • Identifying & resolving issues for those learners that are at risk of withdrawing from a LMP programme along with timely intervention and escalation for all disengaged learners.
  • Identifying upsell opportunities when holding learner progression calls with LMP Employers.
  • Providing consultation and guidance on all the services LMP Education have to offer to current clients and learners.
  • Persist with your approach to speak to learners and line managers
  • Building relationships through great customer service.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills of a high order which are applicable to a range of organisations & Learners we work with at LMP Education. The role will include a high volume of learner engagement via the phone and through Microsoft team meetings.
  • Identify new opportunities to engage new business / sector clients

Required knowledge, skills & abilities

  • Experience of IAG or a willing to undertake this qualification
  • Experience of Employer & Learner Engagement
  • The ability to communicate at a professional level with external and internal employers
  • Ability to plan development activity
  • Good knowledge of the apprenticeship market and how the funding works
  • excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage intervention and contingency strategies.

  • £25,000 – £32,000 per annum dependant on experience
