Apprenticeship Overview:

  • Salary: £8.00 an hour, Automatic pay increase after one year on programme for 19+ year olds
  • Working Week: Monday to Thursday – 10.00 am – 4.00pm (1 hour lunch break)
  • Hours: 20 hours per week
  • Duration: 15 months
  • Level 2 Housing and Property Management Assistant Apprenticeship standard qualification
  • Online training supported by our dedicated tutor
  • Location: 1 Opal Street, 2nd Floor, Kennington London, SE11 4HZ

What you’ll do at work

  • Manage a joint inbox
  • Answering the telephone and taking messages
  • Manning the front desk
  • Issuing and taking payments for parking permits
  • Issuing keys
  • Carrying out assisted home tenancy checks
  • Inspecting communal areas
  • Posting letters
  • Assist with the day to day running of the Housing Office
  • Manage repair satisfaction surveys
