Junior Estate Agent Apprenticeship at Belvoir Sutton

We’re seeking a motivated, confident salesperson with strong phone and customer-facing skills to drive new business growth. Industry experience isn’t required—we’ll provide full training—but you must be proactive, resilient, and ready to generate leads daily.

Excellent phone manners, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle all aspects of the property sales process (including market appraisals) are essential. Your drive and character are what will make you stand out.

Apprenticeship Overview:

  • Salary:£7.55 an hour,Automatic salary increase after 1 year of apprenticeship for those who are 19+
  • Automatic pay increase after one year on programme for 19+ year olds
  • Working Week:Monday to Friday 9 am till 6 pm, Saturday 9:30am till 4:30pm (alternate Saturdays) with a 1 hour lunch-break
  • Hours:38 hours per week
  • Duration:12 months
  • Level 2 Junior Estate Agent Apprenticeship standard qualification
  • Online training supported by our dedicated tutors

The role will involve:

  • Registering prospective vendors and buyers
  • Arranging and accompanying viewings
  • Handling Offers
  • Sales negotiation & progression
  • Overseeing the successful negotiation of the properties

In addition, the candidate will need to be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent face to face customer service skills
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • The motivation to succeed
  • A confident and professional manner
  • Ability to show resilience and to make the most of any opportunity
  • Local area knowledge would be beneficial
  • **Full clean UK driving license and access to a vehicle**

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The successful candidate will obtain a Level 2 Junior Estate Agent Apprenticeship standard qualification

Each apprentice will have their own dedicated tutor who will conduct monthly remote tutorials and reviews, providing continuous support throughout the apprenticeship program. Depending on the apprentice’s needs, the frequency of these sessions may vary.
