St Albans Catholic High School are looking for a driven and focused candidate to join their busy administration team. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience whilst working towards a level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

Working week: Mon-Thurs 08:30 - 17:00 (1 hour Lunch), Fri 08:30 - 16:30 (1 hour Lunch), 37 hours per week.

Wage: £9.00 per hour, rising to National Minimum Wage after 12 months if over 19 years old.

Qualification: Business Administration level 3

Duration: 18 months

Training Provider: LMP Education

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the preparation of agendas, briefing papers, reports, presentations, correspondence and other documentation using Microsoft Office 365.
  • Learning to produce accurate meeting minutes, action logs and follow-up documentation for meetings.
  • Supporting the monitoring and tracking of actions arising from meetings to ensure agreed deadlines are met.
  • Maintaining confidential electronic and paper filing systems in accordance with Trust procedures and data protection requirements.
  • Assisting with academy onboarding, conversion and Trust development projects through effective administrative coordination.
  • Assisting with the ordering and management of office supplies and equipment.
  • Contributing ideas that improve administrative systems, digital processes and ways of working across the Trust.
