About the role
We are seeking an ambitious and energetic
Growth Marketing Manager to drive lead generation, brand awareness and programme growth across our portfolio of training programme.
This is a new opportunity for a committed and proactive marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning ideas into results.
You will be responsible for planning, delivering and optimising integrated digital marketing campaigns that generate engagement, leads and growth across the business.
You will play a key role in launching new apprenticeship programmes and services, supporting business growth objectives and ensuring our marketing activity delivers measurable impact.
The successful candidate will be a results-oriented marketer; highly organised, digitally focused, data-driven and enthusiastic about getting things done.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth Marketing & Campaign Delivery
- Develop and execute growth-focused marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive lead generation and customer acquisition (learner starts).
- Plan, manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across: Digital advertising, Landing pages and website optimisation, Content marketing, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Paid Search (PPC)
- Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness, engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and recommendations for improvement.
- Use data to evaluate ROI and make informed decisions.
- Brand & Programme Marketing
- Deliver marketing activity across multiple LMP Group brands, including: LMP Education Apprenticeships, Inspire ATA, LMP Action
- Support the successful launch and promotion of new apprenticeship programmes, services and initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and communications.
- Work closely with business development, sales and operational teams to align marketing activity with growth objectives.
- Marketing Automation & CRM
- Manage and enhance marketing automation workflows using Hub Spot.
- Build and optimise lead nurture journeys through email and customer segmentation.
- Maintain Marketing Hub and Sales Hub databases and ensure accurate reporting of lead performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Use marketing insights and customer data to inform campaign strategy and decision-making.
- Content & Digital Presence
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling marketing content.
- Support website updates and ongoing optimisation to improve user experience and conversion.
- Develop engaging content that resonates with employers, schools, learners and other key audiences.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
About You
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in digital marketing, growth marketing or a similar marketing role.
- Previous hands-on experience using Hub Spot, including marketing automation, email marketing and reporting.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing and content marketing.
- Experience managing multiple projects, campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated, proactive and results-driven.
- Understanding of the English education system and government funded apprenticeship would be very beneficial.
- Ability to travel to London once a month to attend team meetings.
- Occasional travel may also be required to visit clients on site.

This role reports into Head of Marketing at LMP Group.
