About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Curriculum Support Manager to join us on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. You will support curriculum activities within your remit, ensuring high quality, relevant, and engaging provision. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing education organisation and make a real difference to learners across LMP.
Key Responsibilities
- Support with curriculum delivery and drive continuous improvement in learner experience and outcomes.
- Collaborate with quality, operational and delivery teams to enhance learner journeys based on feedback and performance data.
- Work with subject experts to ensure curriculum materials remain accurate, creative, and up to date.
- Contribute to curriculum reviews, quality improvement planning, and self-assessment reporting.
- Support the design and implementation of new qualifications or programme launches.
- Assist with maintaining curriculum consistency through standardised resources, delivery methods, and workshop materials.
- Act as a central point of contact for tutor content queries and curriculum guidance.
- Contribute to Ofsted readiness activities and embed a strong culture of quality across the curriculum team.
- Support with the monitoring and evaluating data to identify and action areas for curriculum development and learner success.
- Make BUD and Articulate changes as required.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience in curriculum development, quality assurance, or educational project management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead curriculum improvements and manage multiple priorities.
- Skilled in working with diverse stakeholders and confident communicating curriculum intent and structure.
- Experience supporting or leading in a training, education or work-based learning environment.
Desirable
- Familiarity with apprenticeship standards and vocational education.
- Previous experience in curriculum alignment to employer or learner needs.
