This Business Administration Apprenticeship offers hands-on experience supporting case managers, handling customer communications, and assisting with IT support. Apprenticeship Summary

  • Salary: Β£13,728 per year (based on Β£8.00 per hour)
  • Working Week: Monday to Friday, 9am - 3.30pm (30-minute break)
  • Hours: 30 hours per week
  • Training: Online apprenticeship training supported by experienced tutors
  • Qualification: Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard
  • Location: 2nd Floor Waitrose Distribution Centre, Eaton Avenue, Chorley, PR7 7NA

Main Duties

  • General administrative tasks to keep the company moving forward
  • High accuracy data inputting
  • Resolution of various IT user support issues
  • Send customer feedback surveys and manage the responses
  • Produce any documentation or correspondence to the company standard
  • Achieve individual and team KPIs and SLAs
  • Deal with inbound and outbound calls and other incoming enquiries from customers in a professional manner
  • Accurate information capture to update our claims handling system and third party portals accordingly
  • To undertake any other duties consistent with the role
