Apprenticeship Summary
- Salary: Β£13,728 per year (based on Β£8.00 per hour)
- Working Week: Monday to Friday, 9am - 3.30pm (30-minute break)
- Hours: 30 hours per week
- Training: Online apprenticeship training supported by experienced tutors
- Qualification: Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard
- Location: 2nd Floor Waitrose Distribution Centre, Eaton Avenue, Chorley, PR7 7NA
Main Duties
- General administrative tasks to keep the company moving forward
- High accuracy data inputting
- Resolution of various IT user support issues
- Send customer feedback surveys and manage the responses
- Produce any documentation or correspondence to the company standard
- Achieve individual and team KPIs and SLAs
- Deal with inbound and outbound calls and other incoming enquiries from customers in a professional manner
- Accurate information capture to update our claims handling system and third party portals accordingly
- To undertake any other duties consistent with the role
