About The Role
Key details:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm, 37.5 hours per week
- Wage: Β£7.55 per hour (Plus commission)
- Location: Unit 6, Elizabeth Business Centre, 49 Station road, Romford, Havering, RM3 0BS
- Apprenticeship Standard: Level 3 Business Administration
- Duration: 16 months
Overview of the role
Join Vantage as an Executive Researcher, Business administration Apprentice! Match top talent to senior local government roles across the UK, build key relationships, and manage data. A commission-driven role with career growth potential and a clear path to a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Reading through a job description and highlighting / understanding the key bits of experience the client is looking for
- Creating a search on sites such as CV Library and Reed to find relevant candidates
- Speaking to candidates on the phone and via email to understand their needs and strengths
- Formatting CVs ready to be sent to the client
- Uploading documentation and information onto vendor portals
- Populating excel spreadsheets
Apprenticeship Summary
- You will work towards your Level 3 Business Administrator qualification across a total duration of 18 months!

- All online/remote learning, no classroom or college day release
- An allocated tutor will support you throughout the apprenticeship!
