We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join us as an HR Support Apprentice, supporting the HR team across a variety of human resources and administrative activities.

The Role:
As an HR Support Apprentice, you will be an essential part of the HR team, providing support across a variety of HR functions. You will help manage day-to-day HR processes while developing valuable skills and knowledge in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration. Main Duties:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting vacancies, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding activities.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring information is accurate and confidential.
- Support the administration of employee benefits, leave management, and payroll-related processes.
- Assist in coordinating employee training and development programmes.
- Respond to general HR enquiries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
