We are seeking an experienced T&I and Mooring Lead to support the delivery of offshore transportation, installation and mooring operations across offshore oil & gas and offshore energy projects. The successful candidate will lead marine operations and installation activities whilst overseeing the safe and efficient execution of mooring system installation, hook-up and commissioning scopes.

This role requires extensive offshore marine operations experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record delivering complex offshore installation campaigns within offshore oil & gas, subsea construction, FPSO or floating asset environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Transportation & Installation (T&I) activities for offshore structures, subsea assets and associated marine operations.
  • Manage the planning and execution of mooring installation campaigns, including anchor installation, chain/wire deployment, tensioning and hook-up activities.
  • Coordinate offshore marine spreads including heavy lift vessels, anchor handling vessels, tugs, barges and support vessels.
  • Review and approve installation procedures, lift plans, method statements and marine operation documentation.
  • Interface with engineering teams, fabrication yards, marine warranty surveyors, vessel owners, subcontractors and client representatives.
  • Ensure all offshore activities are delivered in accordance with project schedules, budgets and HSE requirements.
  • Support risk assessments, SIMOPS planning and offshore readiness reviews.
  • Monitor weather limitations and operational windows to optimise offshore execution.
  • Manage contractor performance and offshore logistics throughout project delivery.
  • Provide technical support during fabrication, load-out, transportation and offshore installation phases.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards including DNV, IMCA and client specifications.
  • Participate in offshore campaigns, vessel mobilisation activities and offshore readiness reviews where required.
Required Experience
  • Demonstrable experience within offshore T&I and marine operations.
  • Proven experience managing mooring installation scopes for FPSOs, floating assets or offshore structures.
  • Strong understanding of offshore vessel operations, marine logistics and subsea installation activities.
  • Experience within offshore oil & gas, subsea construction or marine projects.
  • Knowledge of anchor installation methods, mooring systems and offshore installation methodologies.
  • Experience managing subcontractors, vessel providers and offshore contractors.
  • Familiarity with marine warranty survey requirements and offshore permitting processes.
  • Previous involvement in offshore campaign execution and installation management.
Qualifications
  • Degree qualified in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Offshore Engineering or similar discipline preferred.
  • Current BOSIET/FOET and OGUK/OEUK Medical preferred.
  • Strong understanding of offshore HSE legislation and operational standards.
