LMJ Group is establishing a specialist Management Accounting and Finance Outsourcing team — a dedicated division focused on delivering high-quality, outsourced finance functions to businesses that need more than compliance. More insight. More strategy. More control over their numbers. This is a full-time, on-site role based at either our Luton or Kettering office. The right candidate will not only lead client delivery within this division but will play a central role in shaping it — building the team, defining the service offering, and growing into a Practice Manager position as the division scales.
