Your technical insight will be critical in supporting the delivery of intelligent building systems that enhance user experience, reduce operational costs, and support sustainability targets. As the senior technical lead, collaboration across engineering, commercial, and operational teams is essential, alongside strong client-facing engagement. Projects must be delivered on schedule, within budget, and in full alignment with defined quality standards and compliance requirements.
If you’re a technically minded professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and wants to be part of a growing team, we’d like to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For:

- Deep understanding of the role BMS and EMS play in enhancing energy efficiency, comfort, and operational performance within commercial property portfolios.
- Comprehensive experience across the full lifecycle of BMS/EMS systems, from concept design through to build, maintenance, and continuous optimisation.
- Strong leadership credentials with a history of effectively managing multi-disciplinary teams across geographically dispersed project sites.
