Join the Pixl Team in London, UK. Pixl delivers high quality live event solutions across the UK and globally. We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager for our Town Hall division — someone client focused, technically confident, and ready to guide events from initial brief through on site delivery with accuracy and professionalism.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build strong client relationships through regular communication and site visits
- Translate client briefs into technical specs proposals and quotes
- Oversee pre production including crew scheduling, sub hires, transport and H&S documentation
- Provide hands on support during setup, live operation and strike
- Supervise freelance crews and ensure technical delivery meets client expectations
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Technical and BD teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Manage project budgets, monitor expenses and support invoicing
- Review technical plans, equipment lists and proposals for accuracy
- Participate in venue walk throughs and assess risks or opportunities
- Support events outside standard hours when needed
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements
