About the Role
- As Salesperson, you'll help drive branch growth by converting enquiries, building relationships, and delivering a consistently high standard of service.
- Manage and grow existing accounts, building strong relationships and repeat business.
- Hit and exceed targets through strong pipeline management and consistent sales activity.
- Negotiate pricing and terms that meet customer needs while protecting margin.
- Represent the business professionally at meetings, site visits, and industry events.
The package

What we're looking for
- Plant + sales experience - strong plant hire knowledge, proven sales background, converts enquiries and upsells.
- Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence negotiating and closing deals.
- Exceptional customer service-relationships and retention matter.
- Excellent communicator - confident with customers in person/phone, builds rapport, follows up and closes.
- Organised and calm in a fast-paced environment.
