Monday to Friday | 08:00–17:00 Start Date: Immediate start
About the Role
Be the go-to contact for customers and drivers— friendly, reliable, and helpful Handle enquiries and resolve issues quickly Keep daily operations running smoothly for a busy logistics provider in Felixstowe Use your strong communication skills and attention to detail to deliver excellent service Help ensure clients have a great experience and keep coming back
You’ll need 1+ years’ experience in customer service (transport/logistics preferred) Confident communicator with strong problem- solving skills Good UK geographical knowledge Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Highly organised and able to multitask under pressure Proactive attitude and attention to detail
What You’ll be doing
Respond to customer and driver enquiries by phone and email Input and manage bookings using transport management software Liaise with drivers, operations, and clients to resolve issues quickly Track deliveries and collections, providing regular updates Maintain accurate records and ensure data entry is up to date Support account management and general office operations as needed
