Broker Operations Product Specialist will manage the department related third party products, offer support to the Broker Operations team. The person will work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth provision of the service and support to the clients.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain the 24-hour functionality of MT4/MT5 and the bridge.
- Manage all operational product-related projects.
- Assist the Head of Broker Operations in providing support and training to the team.
- Manage, prioritise, escalate issues with other departments to prevent future inefficiencies.
- Actively manage MT4/MT5 and the bridge for any new requirements, acting as an administrator for the business.
- Collaborate closely with the Treasury, Risk, Onboarding and Compliance departments to resolve issues and improve common processes and procedures.
- Ensure all databases are up-to-date and client information is accurate.
- Provide ongoing technical support for all LMAX API protocols, including FIX, Java API, REST API and .NET API.
- Oversee FIX integration and technical onboarding for clients.
Requirements:
- Experience with MT4 or MT5 is preferred.
- Previous experience with multiple bridge providers/plugins.
- Project or product management experience.
- Prior experience in managing incidents.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Confident and proactive in communicating with people at all levels.
- Reliable and willing to work antisocial hours to meet client requirements, solve their problems and encourage future business.
