Job Description
We’re seeking a skilled and adaptable Senior Data Modeler to join an expanding Technology team within a leading insurance institution. You’ll play a key role in designing and maintaining enterprise wide conceptual, logical data and physical models for the organisation
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the enterprise wide conceptual data model to provide a high level view of data domains, entities and their relationships, and logical data models with detailed attributes, data relationships, and normalization rule, ensuring alignment with business rules and objectives
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into structured data model that meet organisational needs
Ensure conceptual and logical data models are reusable, scalable and adaptable to evolving business demands
Skills
Extensive experience in data modelling, with a strong focus on conceptual and logical data models and proven expertise in designing and implementing physical data models
Experience in the insurance industry
Proficiency in SQL and scripting
Excellent problem solving skills and strong attention to details
Preferred to have experience with cloud based data platform like Snowflake, Azure.
