Purpose of the Role This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified accountant with experience in property management, looking to advance their career in real estate finance. The successful candidate will play a key role within the finance team, working closely with the Financial Controller, and taking responsibility for accounts receivable functions while also supporting the broader accounts team. Key Responsibilities Lease Management & Rent Collection: Update and monitor the lease management system, ensuring the accurate raising of monthly/quarterly rent and service charge demands. Manage rent collections and ensure the timely receipt of payments from tenants. Tenant Relations: Address tenant disputes and queries in a professional and timely manner. Manage and reconcile tenant debtor accounts to ensure the smooth preparation of management accounts. Financial Reporting & Process Improvement: Adapt, develop, and improve financial reporting processes to meet the needs of a growing business.
