Office Administrator – London We are looking for a hardworking and capable office administrator who enjoys a full breadth of administration and clerical tasks and has an excellent work ethic and skillset to support a high functioning boutique finance house in London. Based five days onsite, this is a super opportunity, supporting 9.00 – 5.30pm and working with an amazing team in a highly supportive, collegiate environment. Perhaps you are currently ex-Cabin crew, with first class interpersonal skills and excellent admin skills or indeed currently working in hospitality, with an admin bias and wanting to enter the finance arena. Or indeed, you are currently seeking a move to a company that is extremely professional and offers a real variety of task! The role is multifaceted and we are looking for an individual who thrives on variety and for whom no job is too small. Attitude is key and you will be handling potential meeting rooms and reception duties one minute and then liaising with international offices another! You must be happy to handle IT queries and day to day office administration including ordering kitchen/office supplies, bookkeeping, expenses, assisting in flights and travel arranging and general all-round administration.
