Job Description
.Independent Financial Advisor
Due to continued growth through referrals and new business, the client is expanding. This is your opportunity to take over an active portfolio of clients, while also having the autonomy and support to grow your own book through referrals and lead generation.
- Salary: £55,000 Basic + OTE £90K
- Location:Hertfordshire
- Remote working with client visits

Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality client reviews and financial advice across pensions, investments, savings, and protection.
- Managing and nurturing an existing book of clients with a focus on retention and relationship building.
- Developing new business opportunities through referrals, introductions, and proactive outreach.
- Working remotely from home, conducting meetings via telephone/video, with in-person visits to clients where beneficial.
- Maintaining a client-centric, ethical, and compliant advisory approach.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Level 4 Diploma qualified (or equivalent) in Financial Planning.
- Minimum of 5 year's experience as a Financial Advisor (with CAS status).
- Experience of growing a client bank through referrals and business development.
- A true people person – approachable, professional, and passionate about doing the right thing for clients.
- Strong IT literacy and comfortable with remote/virtual client engagement.
