We’re hiring a Transformation Change leader to build and own a Change function within a banking environment, shaping how transformation is delivered across the business. If you’ve been leading change but still feel like you’re operating within constraints rather than defining the strategy, this is your step up.

Location: The City

Salary: £110K

Hybrid working

The main duties include:

  • Creating and embedding governance, frameworks, and operating models from the ground up
  • Driving front-to-back transformation across banking operations
  • Leading complex change in a highly regulated Corporate / Investment Banking environment
  • Acting as the go-to escalation point for senior stakeholders
  • Building and scaling your own high-performing change team

Skills/Experience required:

  • A Transformation professional, not just a Project Manager
  • Strong operations background (front / middle / back office)
  • Experience within Corporate / Investment Banking
  • Someone confident enough to challenge legacy thinking and drive real change
  • A leader who can influence, design, and execute
