We are now recruiting for Wholesale Account Manager to join this leading brewery.
Reporting to the Senior National Account Manager. In this role you will be responsible for building strong working relationships with several key partner wholesalersdelivering sales volume, GP/HL targets, distribution, and brand share targets at customer level for the customer portfolio.
Key Accountabilities:
Working with your customer marketing & category insight team to ensure that there is a full understanding of the customer’s vision retail & wholesale strategy
- Deliver a growth budget while demonstrating a determined approach to win business
- Develop & deliver robust account plans for the next 1-3 years that drive business growth and share (including strategy and tactics and bottom-up promotional program by customer)
- Develop and maintain customer account plans that detail account background, sales/profit/brands objectives and marketing support plan for each customer
- Work closely with Brands, Insight & Customer Marketing to ensure we maximise our distribution & volume objectives and identify; pursue business growth opportunities and drive Category Development
- Identify and close distribution gaps or brand opportunities and execute innovative plans to unlock all opportunities for growth
- Collaboration with peers to build a robust and reliable Sales & Operational Plan (S&OP)
- Conduct full review of investment and promotional activity in line with value management principles and tools
- Manage and optimise debt risk and cash flow & establish and execute pricing strategy, as necessary
