Our client is a tier 1 investment bank who are looking for a C# .Net developer. Tasks include understanding business requirements, designing applications, business data analysis, programming in Visual C#.NET using both Oracle and SQL Server database, Unit testing, Quality Assurance (QA), Implementation, Production and Disaster Recovery environments supporting users and preparing documents. Along with the application development, this role will also include supporting the existing C# and .NET applications. General IT Support to maintain environments where applications are running will be also essential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications that integrate Fixed Income and Repo trades with downstream back office, settlement, and risk systems.
- Support and enhance the Repo trading application, including trading workflow tools, reconciliations, and connectivity with internal and external platforms.
- Build and optimize C# services that ensure robust trade capture, enrichment, validation, and distribution.
- Collaborate with operations, trading desks, and technology teams to resolve workflow issues and identify functional improvements.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong C#/.NET development experience in Windows environments.
- Understanding of Repo markets and Fixed Income trade lifecycle processes.
- Experience with system integration, messaging technologies, and data transformation.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills.
