We are looking for a capable and professional front of house candidate to provide excellent customer service to members and their guests.
Responsibilities:
- To meet and greet all members and guests on entering the Club
- To host the restaurant and lounges and assist with drinks service
- To present and offer concierge services to our Members.
- To actively promote the Club’s private areas and outlets.
- To answer all incoming calls in a professional manner and to direct them to the relevant departments or take messages to be relayed
- To ensure exceptional levels of customer service at all times
- To ensure that all restaurant enquiries are dealt with professionally and any special requests are communicated
- To ensure all the shoe polish, pressing and dry cleaning enquiries are dealt with promptly and efficiently
- To communicate fully with the housekeeping team when a Member is leaving the Club in order to allow them to access the bedroom.
- To ensure total confidentiality with regard to all Members and guests profiles and requirements and to protect them from the media
- To ensure all guests are accommodated, according to Club standard
- To become fully conversant with all Front of House related systems and equipment
- To ensure all relevant issues relating to housekeeping and maintenance are communicated appropriately
- To ensure that all guest complaints, queries and requests are dealt with professionally and quickly and communicated to the Reception & Events Manager
- To be fully conversant with all the dining options, club facilities, packages and upcoming events
- To assist the Reception Manager with taking short lead meetings and private dining bookings
- To handle incoming enquiries for The Private Screening Room on behalf of Dunhill Retail
- To be fully aware of which events are taking place at the Club in order to advise Members when requested
- To carry out any reasonable request by senior management
- To ensure that you are aware of and adhere to health and safety, fire and bomb threat procedures
- Report any item which causes concern to staff or Members
- Sole responsibility of any Duty Manager tasks on weekend shift
- Take care of any housekeeping or food and beverage related requests on a weekend shift and ensure the Members are taken care of.
- Be familiar with any health and safety risks when on weekend shift
