We are seeking a strong QA Lead (Technical) to define, lead and evolve the quality engineering capability across a complex, AI-enabled platform transformation program for a leading insurance client.
Key Responsibilities
- Test Strategy Technical Leadership - Define and implement a modern, automation-first QA strategy aligned to an AI-driven SDLC. Act as the technical authority for quality engineering.
- Automation AI-Driven Testing - Lead adoption of automation-first testing approaches. Define AI-driven QA techniques (test generation, regression optimisation).
- SDLC Governance - Establish strong quality governance and traceability.
- Platform Integration Testing - Own testing strategy across workflow, underwriting, pricing, policy lifecycle.
- CI/CD Environments - Optimise pipelines and enable continuous testing. Support multiple releases on a frequent basis through automation first approach.
