We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Portfolio Manager to join a growing Bridging Finance team at a city-based bank. This is a key servicing and portfolio management role where you'll become the primary point of contact for customers, brokers and internal stakeholders throughout the life of a loan. You'll manage customer requests, support portfolio performance and ensure exceptional service delivery while maintaining strong risk and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will have experience within bridging finance, specialist property lending, mortgages or a similar lending environment, with a strong understanding of loan servicing, customer management and credit processes.
