This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of three years' experience recruiting across IT and Marketing/Sales functions, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will play a key role in strengthening our talent pipeline, supporting end-to-end recruitment activity, and ensuring we continue to attract the high-caliber candidates needed to scale our digital, commercial, and technical teams. Key Responsibilities- Support recruitment processes including posting job ads and screening CVs
- Schedule interviews and interview candidates online
- Assisting with online interviews and assessments
- Supporting branding campaigns and managing internal & external agencies
- Providing heat maps and being metric and data driven
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist with onboarding documentation and coordination
- Liaise with internal teams and hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring workflows
- Conduct initial outreach and communications with potential candidates and new suppliers
- Provide general support to the HR and talent acquisition team as needed
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, and administrative support
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and remote collaboration tools
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and professional
- Business-minded. Ideally has worked in an Agile environment
- A dynamic ability to change deliverable as the business requires
Working Hours: 7 hours per day
Location: Fully Remote
Compensation: (depending on experience) Must have own equipment. High speed ISP and Laptop with MS suite.
