Job Title : Real Estate & Office Services Procurement Manager
Contract Duration : 06 months
Location : London, United Kingdom
Working Pattern : Hybrid
Responsibilities :
Lead procurement actions to deliver against category strategies.

Lead category - specific RFx to enable global / regional / local execution efficiency.

Drive contract negotiation results.

Conduct spot buying and ad hoc business requests and executes strategic sourcing events.

Identify opportunities to reduce tail spend by driving more strategic sourcing events.

Deliver excellent client service experience.

Skills :
Strong interpersonal skills to drive coordination between legal and business stakeholders for contract completion.

Strong understanding of Source-to-Contract processes.

Strong knowledge of standard buying processes.

Strong knowledge of contract negotiation processes.

Relationships building, influencing, and collaboration skills Strong understanding of Source-to-Contract processes Project management and execution.

Desired Experiences :
Understanding of facilities operations and real estate construction projects.

Demonstrated sourcing and contract negotiation experience; has led and managed complex sourcing projects, negotiated contracts focused on TCO, not just price.

Understands negotiation process and priorities - managing risk and not just price - other value-added opportunities.

Demonstrated focus on total value and mitigating risk.

Someone who demonstrates limiting liability/risk while creating both monetary and non-monetary value.

Understands procurement and supply chain performance management processes.

Experience establishing robust & detailed scope of work documents, KPIs and SLAs with stakeholders to ensure expectations of supplier are clear and documented.

Global experience is preferred; while majority of work will be focused on EMEA, it is valuable to have experience working collaboratively on a global level.

Experience leading initiatives virtually and/or working remotely is desired.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, similar field or equivalent experience.

CIPS (or equivalent), or working towards would be desirable but not essential.
