Salary: £60K-£70K We are looking for an experienced Interim Group Financial Accountant to join a Group Finance team during an exciting period of transformation.
This is a hands-on role that combines technical financial reporting with the opportunity to improve the way Group Finance operates.
Alongside delivering high-quality monthly and statutory reporting, you'll play a key role in streamlining processes, driving efficiencies and helping shape the future finance operating model.
Key Responsibilities Lead the monthly group consolidation process.
Prepare accurate and timely Group management reporting.
Coordinate the consolidation of budgets and forecasts across the Group.
Support the preparation of half-year and year-end statutory reporting under IFRS.
Act as a key contact during the external audit process.
Ensure robust financial controls and reporting standards are maintained.
Identify opportunities to simplify and improve reporting processes.
Support finance transformation initiatives, including process redesign, automation and standardisation.
Work with internal stakeholders and offshore support teams to transition suitable activities and improve the efficiency of the Group Finance function.
Document and embed improved reporting processes and controls.
