The Guest Experience Host functions as the front line, assisting in all aspects of service delivery, supporting the Senior Management team.

• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating across at various levels
• Proactive, flexible attitude to the changes to the company, IT systems and the role
• Meet and greet visitors to the site in a professional, courteous and efficient manner
• Assisting with room bookings and events
• Liaise with site management team and contractors in respect to PPM works, ensuring that all all issues are dealt with promptly
• Fulfil the compliance and policy requirements in accordance with company policies and procedures and the relevant legislative framework
• A good awareness of health and safety legislation

Level of Experience / Certifications:

• 2 years’ experience of working in a similar role
• Knowledge of Microsoft office and Outlook
